The Northeast Chapter of the Hutchinson Bell was founded by Florida College alumni, Daniel Gerber and Gary Peralta, with the vision of helping young people in the Northeast discover Florida College. As a four-year academic institution grounded in Christian values, Florida College provides a Bible-based collegiate education that both upholds academic excellence and encourages faith in God.
In the Northeast, many families face the dual challenges of a high cost of living and limited income opportunities, making college an unattainable dream for some. Daniel and Gary believe that financial barriers should not prevent students from experiencing the unique, faith-affirming environment at Florida College. To support this vision, the Northeast Chapter is committed to establishing an annual scholarship fund, providing financial relief to deserving students and their families. This fund will be sustained through donations and future fundraisers in the Northeast area.
Beyond scholarships, the Northeast Chapter also hosts an annual summer camp, offering young people an enriching experience where they can connect with others who share their faith and values. For more information about the camp, please click here.
